SOCAR Annual Event Design – Rixos Tersane
This project involved the full design and spatial development of SOCAR Azerbaijan’s annual corporate event, hosted at Rixos Tersane Istanbul.The scope of work covered the complete event experience, including the entrance lobby, main hall, and central stage design, as well as the outdoor seaside area arranged for guest reception and the evening celebration.I was responsible for the overall event design process, from spatial concept development to detailed 3D visualizations and final presentation. Each area was carefully designed to create a cohesive and immersive experience, reflecting the corporate identity of SOCAR while adapting to the unique atmosphere of the venue.The design approach aimed to balance a strong corporate presence with a refined and contemporary event atmosphere, ensuring a seamless flow between different spaces throughout the program—from guest to the nighttime celebration by the waterfront.
Based on this comprehensive design process, the event was successfully realized as a unified and engaging experience.
